Derek has managed a successful business consultancy for 30 years, as well as working with numerous clients and businesses, from startups to exits, to improve their business performance and profit. Prior to this, he worked with BDO Binder Hamlyn, Neville Clarke and others providing consultancy services in Organisational Development and Culture Change, Quality Management Systems, Culture Change, IT systems and Engineering.
