Role in AiQ

One of the founding members of AiQ, Adrian and David Tooth brought the team together to capitalise on their experience and success in the airport industry. As a creative thinker, Adrian uses his wealth of business, capacity planning and engineering experience to realise capacity and deliver intelligent solutions. Adrian is a likeable character with the unique ability to communicate successfully with multiple stakeholders and quickly gain consensus on programmes & projects.

Adrian leads the AiQ team of engineers, mathematics, simulation engineers and senior consultants to deliver the most cost-effective and efficient capacity solutions and models, tailored to the client’s requirements. As well as leading on Capacity Planning, Adrian has also been involved in numerous high profile projects, including working on the temporary terminal and processes for London 2012, the replacement T2 Terminal and the complex mitigation processes required for the T3 Zone A HBS replacement and the new T3 Baggage System integration.

Experience

With an Engineering and Business background, Adrian has worked in Heathrow and other major airports for the last seven years using his project and stakeholder management skills to increase capacity and create operational efficiencies in many projects. Adrian has a career history working for Royal Mail, Xerox, Dexion and Planned Maintenance Engineering. As a Management Consultant, working with many businesses throughout the UK, and the owner of the successful business consultancy franchise CMC Partners, Adrian knows how to work with large and small stakeholders to negotiate, plan and deliver multi-million-pound projects.
